Complete the following form to submit a Commission Request

Policies

1. We will reach out to you within one week of submitting a request form to let you know if we are able to complete your request. We reserve the right to deny your request for any reason.2. Pricing of commissions is based on materials, time, and shipping. The quoted price is non-negotiable.3. Work on commissions will not begin until full payment has been received.4. Buyers will have exactly three days from the date of payment to cancel their commission and request a refund. After the end of the third day (11:59 PM MST), payments are nonrefundable.5. We will provide an estimated date of completion along with your quoted price. If more time is needed to complete your commission, we will communicate this with you as soon as possible.6. All commissions are shipped through USPS and shipping costs will be applied in your quoted price.
